Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer – Designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 9

Pidilite Industries has appointed Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer – Designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 9.

Sandeep Batra, Executive Director & CFO, is scheduled to superannuate in 2027 after his full five year term. The appointment was approved by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sudhanshu Vats, Managing Director, Pidilite Industries said Agarwal appointment will ensure a smooth transition and continuity in our finance function.

He has over 22 years of experience across finance, accounting, reporting, audit and controls. He has previously worked with Pfizer, Hindustan Unilever and Vedanta Resources. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
