Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russian missile and drone strikes across the country have killed at least eight people. Russia says the large-scale overnight attack targeted military and defence industrial sites. The bombardment caused fires in several cities. Six people, including two children, were killed in the Kryvyi Rih region when a missile struck their home.
