  Devyani International Q2 results live: Management commentary

  Devyani International Chairman Ravi Jaipuria said the company maintained its growth momentum in Q2 FY27, with same-store sales growth (SSSG) ranging from 4 per cent to 9 per cent across its India brand portfolio, except Pizza Hut, which reported sequential improvement. The company added 70 net new stores during the quarter, including 50 KFC outlets in India, taking its store count to 1,923 in India and 2,325 globally. Jaipuria said the company remains on track to meet its full-year guidance of 200–220 net new store additions. Consolidated sales grew 10.4 per cent y-o-y to ₹1,519 crore, while EBITDA increased nearly 18 per cent to ₹229 crore despite raw material and wage inflation. The company reported a profit before tax (PBT) of ₹5.7 crore in Q2, compared with a loss in the year-ago quarter. For H1, PBT stood at ₹29 crore against a loss of ₹24 crore in the previous year, he added.
