Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayAurionpro Solutions Ltd reported revenue from operations of ₹415 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, a 16 per cent increase year-on-year, even as profitability declined. Profit after tax fell 11.4 per cent to ₹50 crore compared to ₹57 crore in the same quarter last year. The Mumbai-based technology company’s stock closed at ₹549 on the NSE on November 2, down roughly 54 per cent from its 52-week high of ₹1,240.
EBITDA for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹71 crore, marginally lower than ₹72 crore a year ago, with margins contracting nearly 300 basis points to 17.2 per cent. For the first half of FY27, revenue grew 11.3 per cent to ₹773 crore, while PAT declined 11.9 per cent to ₹95 crore.
The margin pressure stems from expenses growing faster than revenue. Total expenses rose 20.3 per cent year-on-year in Q2, driven by depreciation and amortisation jumping 36 per cent to ₹14 crore and finance costs rising sharply from ₹1 crore to ₹5 crore. Current borrowings increased from ₹50 crore to ₹151 crore between March and September 2026, reflecting acquisition-related spending including the Omnifin loan management platform purchase.
The company reported an order book of approximately ₹2,050 crore and 28 new client wins during the quarter. Key deals included a $33 million engagement with a US digital insurance payments platform, a corporate lending mandate from a Singapore-headquartered bank, and wins from a leading public sector bank in India for its iCashpro transaction banking solution.
Aurionpro operates across two segments, Banking and Fintech, and Tech Innovation Group, with India contributing 67 per cent of H1 FY27 revenues. The company is also expanding into data centre infrastructure, citing a order book exceeding ₹500 crore in that business. The stock trades at a trailing P/E of approximately 15 times.
