The Aurora Police Department said officers responded to a house in the 3600 block of South Gibraltar Circle around 1 a.m. on June 26 after multiple people called in about the shots.

In a video sent to FOX31 by a viewer, 19 shots are heard fired out of a car, which can then be seen speeding off down the road. That viewer says one of the shots passed by inches from a baby's crib.

Police say numerous shell casings were recovered, and no one was injured.

Both the police and residents in the neighborhood said they believe the shooting was targeted, but neither can say why the shooting happened at this time.

The department said the case is now in the hands of its district investigation bureau.
