A black bear was caught on camera by Chantelle Romeo playing with her family’s Halloween decorations in a tree. The incident was recorded on Thursday in Revelstoke, B.C., as the bear swung a skeleton decoration and snatched its wig before waddling away. Romeo said her family enjoyed the bear’s antics from the safety of their car. #halloween #bcnews #goodnews #revelstoke #britishcolumbia #bears
