Amazon has a slightly more expensive option with the Amazon Basics Ice Bucket Table with Built-in Drain Hole for £85. This one has a 30.8 litre capacity for storage of food and drinks and features a built in drain hole for quick emptying.

Over at B&Q, the 37L Cooler Bar Table has been rated highly, however. One person said: “I bought this for my son. It looks great, waterproof, easy to assemble and great materials will last some years.”

Another added: “I haven't used it yet, but it is a neat addition to my patio. I am sure it will serve its intended purpose when filled with drinks and ice.”

Although there were no negative reviews for the Cooler Bar Table, the online description does explain that the adjustable telescopic tabletop can only be safely locked into position when it is pulled all the way up to its highest bar-height level (83 cm). It cannot be securely locked at intermediate heights.
