Organised by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), the programme spans key economic hubs in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego, targeting several sectors including film industry.

Meetings are planned for Latvian companies in the film industry with Paramount and Disney, as well as visits to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
