Speaking to reporters on Monday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford absolutely unloaded on U.S. President Donald Trump following the collapse of US-Canada trade talks last Friday. Earlier in the day while speaking with Newstalk 580 CFRA in Ottawa, Ford had blunt words for Trump: "He can kiss my a** as far as I'm concerned." Asked to expand on those comments, Ford joked with reporters that he had "plenty of real estate" for the United States President to plant a kiss upon. His joking tone turned much more serious a few moments later, however, when he was told Trump had offered on opinion on him on Truth Social, calling him a "flunky." "I don't respond to a dictator," Ford unloaded on Trump, calling him the "King of Bankruptcy." "Your own people don't even like you," Ford said, saying if he was allowed to he would personally canvass in Republican states to convince MAGA voters to vote against the GOP in the November midterm elections.
