DENVER (KDVR) -- Fort Collins Police said Friday that they arrested a 34-year-old man accused of unlawful distribution of marijuana to a minor — a class 3 felony.

The FCPS said the man, Garett Van Mullins, is the subject of an ongoing investigation regarding underage marijuana sales in Fort Collins and the surrounding Front Range communities using social media sites and the moniker "420 Minister" and "I Am Foundation Church."

Anyone with information or who believes their teenager may have purchased marijuana from Van Mullins can contact FCPS Marijuana Enforcement Officer Jim Lenderts by email or by phone at 970-416-2949.

The FCPS said Van Mullins was arrested with the assistance of Loveland Police SWAT.
