Director General of Police Harish Kumar Gupta presented the Award for Best in Crime Detection (ABCD) to police officers who cracked sensational cases during the fourth quarter of 2025.

The first prize was awarded to the Prakasam district police, the second prize to the Government Railway Police, Guntakal, and the third prize to the Crime Investigation Department Cybercrime Wing. The awards were presented at the A. P. Police Headquarters on Friday.

Mr. Gupta congratulated the officers for their outstanding performance and appreciated them for detecting critical cases using technology.
