Weather today: Sunny and hot
Mainly sunny skies are here Monday with temperatures climbing above average into the lower 90s. Winds can become brisk in the afternoon with the small chance for an isolated storm in the Eastern Plains during the evening hours.

Weather tonight: Extra clouds
We'll keep a few extra clouds tonight with a light breeze sticking with the Front Range. Overnight low temperatures will dip into the upper 50s and lower 60s, keeping it mild.

Looking ahead: Brief relief, then possible triple digits
Tuesday has a better chance for some storms, especially out in the plains in the afternoon and evening hours. These extra clouds and storm chances bring in seasonal highs in the lower 80s. There is a slight risk for the eastern plains on Tuesday, with the biggest risk being gusty winds and some large hail.

Wednesday is still just below average with highs in the middle 80s and mainly sunny skies. Thursday brings in warmer temperatures in the middle 90s with plenty of sunshine in the forecast.

Friday rounds out the workweek with abundant sunshine and the first chance Denver has of the year to near 100 degrees. Saturday is just as hot with highs getting close to the triple digits as skies stay mainly sunny. Monday starts off the next week with warm highs in the low 90s and plenty of sunshine.
