DENVER (KDVR) -- Sunday is the last day of Denver's heat wave.

Temperatures will make their way into the mid 90s for Sunday afternoon, with lots of sunshine and a bit of a breeze.

Red Flag Warnings are in place for a majority of the mountains with gusty winds and humidity as low as 8%.

Monday brings much cooler temperatures in the upper 70s. Storm chances pick up midweek before a bigger warmup for the weekend.
