Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayTwo New York parents had reached a milestone few imagine hitting so early, despite only being in their early 30s themselves.
With two children reaching high school age, Amanda and Anton Townsend were ready to live their "best lives" and enjoy a more carefree phase of parenthood.
Amanda (@beautys_her_namee) posted a reel on Instagram dancing at family function, with the text overlay reading: "POV: skinny again, both kids in high school, no more diapers, sleepless nights or finding sitters, now me and my husband can live our best lives."

The video then suddenly cuts to show Amanda heavily pregnant, and prepping a nursery for another baby. "Like who even does that?" she captioned the post, before signing off with a laugh cry emoji.
Amanda and her husband initially met in middle school and later got together with young children—Amanda had her daughter Miyah at 17 and her husband Anton had his son AJ when he had just turned 18.
"We started texting and calling and then he flat out asked me if I wanted to be his girlfriend and then we also both ended up going to the same college together," Amanda told Newsweek. "Here we are 'til this day!"
Being young parents they both felt they had a point to prove.
"I refused to fail because people thought I would, and I refused to be a statistic and not finish high school," Amanda said. "Proms were still attended and [Anton] and I both graduated high school and went to college."
But then came the twist. Despite having two kids reaching an age of independence, the couple then went on to have two more babies together in their 30s.
Amanda and Anton, now both 35, share five children in total: Amanda's biological daughter, Miyah, Anton's biological son AJ, their second daughter Azalea Reign, two, and third daughter Aria Rose, three months.
"Getting pregnant again [was] surprising," she told Newsweek. "Even when planned, it's just shocking. Like...I'm growing a human!! But I will say I was so much more content this time around because my husband and I were both older, had careers, a home, married and had solid stability."
And this time, the reaction from friends and family was very different too. "When we were younger and had children, of course family wasn't exactly excited, and I was personally told about all of my 'options'," Amanda told Newsweek. "But I did also have a small village of support. This time around everyone was ecstatic and always asks if we want more."
Amanda's reel went viral on Instagram, amassing over 13 million views at the time of writing. Thousands of users commented on the clip, finding Amanda's story hilarious.
"I've never liked and the unliked a reel so mother effin fast," one user laughed.
Other users shared what it's been like to have more children years, or even decades later.
"I did this..my daughter just graduated high school and i have a 13 year old.......my baby is one," another wrote.
Now a nurse and a stay-at-home mom, Amanda is embracing a different stage of motherhood.
"This new era of parenthood is amazing," she told Newsweek. "I feel like our older children definitely taught us how to be parents and helped mature us so much."
"This time I was able to experience another side of motherhood," Amanda said. "So surprising still? Yes! Thankful for all of our babies? Absolutely!"
