Andhra Pradesh Government has approved a 200 MW Solar Power Park project to be developed by Yashaswa Power LLP, a group company of CleanMax Enviro.

With an investment of ₹1,200 crore, the company will establish a 200 MW AC/300 MWp DC Solar Power Park in Beechiganipalle and nearby villages, Parigi Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District.

The project is expected to generate approximately 445 million units of clean electricity per year, while creating around 690 direct and indirect jobs in the region.

“The Government of Andhra Pradesh welcomes CleanMax’s investment in the state’s renewable energy landscape, aligning with the AP Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024 and strengthening the state’s position as a premier destination for large-scale green infrastructure investment,” a government release said on Tuesday.

Spanning approximately 1,200 acres, the solar park will connect to the 400/220 KV APTransco Hindupur substation, ensuring robust grid integration for long-term clean energy delivery.

CleanMax Enviro is a player engaged in delivering renewable energy solutions and net-zero decarbonisation services to commercial and industrial clients across India. It is currently launching its ₹3,100 crore IPO between 23–25 February 2026, priced in the range of ₹1,000 to ₹1,053 per share and expected to list on the BSE and NSE in early March 2026.
