Lorena Wiebes secured her third stage win of the 2026 Tour of Britain Women while Kim Le Court maintained the overall lead after stage four.

Riders departed from Llanidloes in Mid Wales and passed through Rhayader and the Elan Valley, climbing at the Cambrian Mountains before the route took them to Nantmel, Crossgates, Bleddfa and Knighton.

It was a sprint finish in Hay-on-Wye, where Wiebes, who finished in 3hr 41min 13sec, was able to see off Movistar’s Liane Lippert, who was second, and Le Court, who crossed the line third.

It leaves Le Court, Lippert and Wiebes in the top three in the general classification standings with one more day of racing, concluding in Royal Leamington Spa, to come.
