Trump told reporters he would meet his advisers in the White House Situation Room and again chastised Tehran for being "late” to negotiate with him, but said he had not made a final decision on whether to launch strikes.
Trump approved an attack plan targeting Iran on Tuesday but withheld the final authorization to see if officials in Tehran would meet his demands to abandon its nuclear program, the Wall Street Journal reported.
