As of 30 June 2026, the promoter and promoter group held a 68.86 per cent stake in the company. Notably, the company’s promoters will not participate in the share buyback. TCI’s share price has delivered a 6.72 per cent return over one week but fell 2.25 per cent over one month. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has declined 19.93 per cent, while its one-year return stands at negative 27.45 per cent. Over the longer term, TCI’s stock has gained 10.77 per cent over three years and 108.39 per cent over five years. Vipin Kumar, AVP research at Globe Capital Market said, TCI has been undergoing a corrective move since July 2025, which halted near the upper band price support of its previous congestion zone. The sharp surge in prices on Sep 24 faced resistance around the 960-980 price resistance zone. “Going ahead, we expect the stock to consolidate in the 800-960 range in short to medium term. A decisive close above the 960-980 zone is essential for a sustainable up move going ahead," he added.
