The Minister was launching Aavin full cream milk packets and curd cups being produced by the Tiruchi District Cooperative Milk Producers’ Union at Kottapattu plant. She told presspersons that Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay recently announced an increase of ₹3 in the procurement price of milk procured by primary milk producers’ cooperative societies in the State.
