Nellore-based independent power producer SEIL Energy India Limited on Sunday (March 22) announced that it has been conferred with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Andhra Pradesh ‘Industrial Safety Leadership Award -2025 (Gold)’ in the category of power and energy.

On behalf of the company, the award was received by the company’s head of Maintenance Department Praveen Kumar Sunkara and AGM (HSE department) Lakshmipati Raju during the CII AP Industrial Safety Excellence Awards 2025 organised in Visakhapatnam on Saturday (March 21). 

Speaking on the occasion, Janmejaya Mahapatra, CEO of the company, said: “This award reflects our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety in our operations.
