KISSIMMEE, Fla – On Saturday afternoon, emergency services rushed to the scene of a small plane crash in Kissimmee, located near the intersection of West Clay Street and South John Young Parkway, according to officials.

At approximately 2:59 p.m. on June 6, the City of Kissimmee Fire Department received reports of the incident and quickly mobilized their teams. The operation also included support from the Kissimmee Police Department and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash site posed significant challenges for responders due to thick vegetation and restricted accessibility, officials reported.

To assist ground crews, the sheriff’s office deployed aviation support, which successfully guided them to the downed aircraft, a Cessna C150, which had two people on board.

The National Transportation Safety Board, alongside the Federal Aviation Administration, will carry out a thorough investigation to uncover the reasons behind the crash. Stay tuned for further updates.
