As if the Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8 wasn’t already fast enough, now it is available with wings. Okay, not actual wings, but an exclusive Red Bull – BORA – Hansgrohe paint job matching Primoz Roglic and the rest of the team’s Tour De France race bikes. The speedy Tarmac SL8 is claimed to be “the world’s fastest race bike,” but the Red Bull team build and paint job just might make it even faster. This exclusive color drop is limited to 500 numbered units and will reportedly never be produced again, so if you’re keen on looking like part of the Red Bull – BORA – Hansgrohe team, now is your chance.

Limited edition and commemorative paint schemes are nothing new, of course, but now Red Bull – BORA – Hansgrohe and Specialized are in on the action in celebration of the 2025 Tour de France. Specialized claims this FACT 12r Carbon frame is the exact same frame being raced by the team, with a featherlight weight of just 685 grams. It also comes equipped with all of the latest top-of-the-line components, including the brand new Roval Rapide CLX III wheels with flashy white logos and the latest SRAM RED AXS group. From the integrated Roval Rapide Cockpit to the S-Works Power Mirror saddle and S-Works Turbo TLR Race tires, this build is about as tricked out as they come. The only obvious differences we can see between Roglic’s race bike and the stock LTD build are the cotton tires and the Phenom saddle.

The S-Works Tarmac SL8 LTD that you could own.

This ultra-premium frame and build combine for a very light claimed weight of 14 pounds 10.2 ounces (6.64 kg) for a 56 cm frame. They also combine for an impressively high asking price of $16,000. That’s quite a bit more expensive than the $13,000 price of the standard S-Works Tarmac SL8 with either SRAM RED AXS or Shimano Dura-Ace Di2. But if you’re rooting for Roglic and team Red Bull – BORA – Hansgrohe and you want to ride one of the fastest bikes in the pro peloton, the S-Works Tarmac SL8 LTD could be yours.

Wait, There’s More

If you’re really feeling the Tour stoke and you want to go all in on your support of Team Red Bull – BORA – Hansgrohe, you can also pick up the S-Works Evade 3 Red Bull LTD helmet. This takes Specialized’s popular vented aero helmet and spiffs it up with Red Bull graphics and colors, just a little more subdued than the athlete models. We’re also told that some new Red Bull Racing Apparel “SlipLayer Sleeves” will also be offered, providing claimed aerodynamic savings of up to 24 watts.

S-Works x Red Bull Tour Collection: Availability

The S-Works Tarmac SL8 LTD is available now and limited to 500 numbered units worldwide. You can check out the full specs and learn more about this special edition superbike on the Specialized website.
