LONDON & WASHINGTON — The Private Department of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan (the “Private Department”) has today committed to invest $1.13bn in MidOcean Energy (“MidOcean” or the “Company”), a liquefied natural gas (LNG) company formed and managed by EIG.
