In celebration of the summer solstice, the 11th annual Swift Campout is happening this weekend, June 21-22, 2025. You’re invited to join other bikepackers all over the globe for a night out under the stars, with folks from more than 30 countries already pledging to load up their bikes for an overnight or weekend getaway. Where will you go?

As hosts of the longest-running global bikepacking event around, we’re excited to once again team up with Swift Industries for the Swift Campout Video Challenge, which encourages participants to submit a 90-second video documenting their campout for a chance to win more than $5,000 in prizes. There’s no need for professional gear, just a little creativity and a phone camera. We’ll judge submissions and publish our favorites here on the site, announcing the winner in early July.

To enter, simply share your video on Instagram and tag @swiftindustries @bikepackingcom #swiftcampout #swiftcampoutvideochallenge in your post. You’ll also need to upload your video file here. Note that we won’t be able to see your entry on Instagram if your account is private! Submissions are due by the end of Saturday, June 28th.
