Known for its range of road, all-road, and gravel bikes for adult riders, BlackHeart Bike Co. is adding something much smaller to its lineup. The Truckee, California-based brand just introduced the Tiny Balance Bike, bringing its signature styling to a bike made for the next generation of cyclists and future titanium-frame lovers. Now, even the smallest rider in the family can enjoy the ride quality of a titanium frame, even before they can pedal.

BlackHeart Tiny Details
The BlackHeart Tiny Balance Bike features a lightweight frame made with 3/2.5 titanium tubing. It has a classic raw titanium finish, a carbon fork, and an anodized BlackHeart logo on the downtube, matching the styling and design language of the brand’s larger bikes. Bucking the 32-inch wheel trend, the Tiny rolls on tiny 10-inch wheels; it weighs in at a claimed 5 lbs 13 oz (2.6 kg) and is recommended for kids 2-4 years old.

Pricing and Availability
The BlackHeart Tiny adds to a growing number of balance bikes made by titanium-frame brands. Just last month, we reported on the new Litespeed Rumpus, a boutique, high-end balance bike priced at $1,000. The Tiny doesn’t come with its own titanium bike stand, but it is priced a fair bit lower at $659, which should make buying your kiddo’s first titanium bike a bit easier on the bank account.
Blackheart is taking orders for the Tiny Balance Bike now, and says orders received by October 31st are expected to be delivered in early December. Check it out on the BlackHeart website.
