Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayA British Columbia small business owner says he was stunned after receiving a UPS invoice for more than $3,700 that contained almost no information about who sent the shipment or where it was headed. Dave Jackson, owner of Oh My Print Solutions, says repeated attempts to get answers from UPS led nowhere for weeks. He says a company representative eventually told him the shipment originated in China, but no further details were provided about the sender. The Canadian Federation of Independent Business says it has heard similar complaints from small businesses dealing with UPS's dispute-resolution process. After Consumer Matters Anne Drewa contacted UPS, Jackson says he received a full refund. However, Consumer Matters says UPS did not respond to its request for additional information and it remains unclear who is behind the invoice.
