Two pedestrians were killed after a vehicle struck four people in the parking lot of Tsawwassen Mills mall in Delta, B.C., Wednesday morning. Police said the collision happened around 10:30 a.m., and preliminary information suggested the driver may have experienced a medical emergency. Two people died from their injuries, while others were treated at the scene. Police said the collision was unrelated to a Truth and Reconciliation walk on Tsawwassen First Nation lands, but forced its cancellation, they said there was no ongoing risk to public safety.
