White House press secretary Karoline Claire Leavitt said on Thursday that President Donald Trump will decide within the next two weeks whether to strike Iran. Leavitt added that Trump still sees a “substantial chance" that negotiations can achieve U.S. and Israeli demands on Iran’s nuclear program. She warned that "Iran has all that it needs to achieve a nuclear weapon" and could do so quickly with just a decision from its Supreme Leader, which poses a significant threat to Israel, the United States, and global security.
