Aston Villa set to steal Man Utd transfer target
Aston Villa are close to signing Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Joao Gomes, according to Birmingham Live. Gomes will be leaving Wolves' training camp ahead of a move to Villa.
Gomes had been linked with a move to Manchester United, but it now appears the Red Devils will miss out on another midfield transfer target.

Man City eye 18-year-old prospect
Senegal forward Ibrahim Mbaye has been linked with a move to Manchester City, according to Foot Mercato. At 18 years old, he is considered to be a top prospect in Europe.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward made 24 appearances for Luis Enrique's side last season, contributing three goals and two aassists. He is also of interest to Aston Villa and Tottenham.

Newcastle told to sign Erling Haaland team-mate
Newcastle United have been told to sign Atletico Madrid and Norway forward Alexander Sorloth. Ex-Liverpool defender John Arne Riise believes he would be a good fit for Eddie Howe's side.
He said: “Sørloth would have been a perfect signing for Newcastle. He is powerful, a goal scorer and fast. English football suits him very well.”

Arsenal told by transfer target he wants to join
Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis has informed Arsenal he wants to join them, according to Give Me Sport. It's been claimed negotiations between the Gunners and the Belgian side may speed up.
He is believed to be valued at around £35million by his side. Last season, he helped himself to 22 goals and 29 assists for the Club Brugge in what was an amazing individual campaign.

Man Utd target triple deal
Manchester United are eying three more signings after wrapping up a move for Youri Tielemans, Andrey Santos and Karl Darlow. It's been claimed by the Sun that the Reds want to bring in a midfielder, a left winger and a striker to boost their attacking output.
Crysencio Summerville, Alex Scott, Adam Wharton, Aurelien Tchouameni and Carlos Baleba have all been earmarked as potential signings.

Bradley Barcola eyed as replacement for Michael Olise
Bradley Barcola is being pursued by Bayern Munich as a replacement for Michael Olise. Olise is interested in a move to Real Madrid, according to Foot Mercato.
With the prospect of him moving to the Bernabeu, it's understood Barcola is being eyed as somebody to take his place at Bayern Munich. The pair both impressed for France in the World Cup.

Arsenal propose audacious Julian Alvarez deal
Arsenal are considering the possibility of swapping Viktor Gyokeres for Julian Alvarez. Mikel Arteta's side have been heavily linked with the Argentinian World Cup star.
So much so they may be willing to offer Gyokeres, who arrived last year, as bait to convince Atletico Madrid to part with Alvarez, according to talkSPORT. Gyokeres had a mixed debut campaign for the Gunners, but did not amass the same numbers as he did in Portugal.
