The Peachy One

Ingredients:
40 ml Belvedere Vodka
10 ml Crème de Peche
20 ml lemon juice
5 ml sugar syrup
10 ml English Breakfast Tea
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake. Strain into a highball glass with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Hugo Spritz Twist

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin 
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz elderflower liqueur 
.25 oz simple syrup
6 mint leaves
Sparkling wine
Soda water
Edible flowers and mint leaves, for garnish

Directions:
Shake all ingredients, except for prosecco and soda water, in a shaker with ice. Fine-strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with prosecco and a splash of soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers.

Hugo Spritz Twist. Empress Gin

Mint Julep

Ingredients:
2 parts Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 
.5 parts simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves

Directions:
Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a julep tin cup or rocks glass and gentle muddle. Add crushed ice, then pour bourbon whiskey over ice. Stir; garnish with mint sprig.

Blue Sky Lemonade

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Aviation American Gin
.5 oz lavender syrup
.25 oz blue curacao
Lemonade, lemon twist and cherry, for garnish

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a Collins glass. Add ice; top with lemonade.

Casa Piña Colada

Ingredients
1.5 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila 
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
.75 oz coconut purée 
.5 oz fresh lime juice 
2 dashes aromatic bitters 
1 pinch cinnamon 
2 pineapple leaves and cinnamon, for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and cinnamon.

Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients:
2 parts Diplomatico Planas
1 part fresh lime juice
.75 parts mango syrup
Mango slice, for garnish

Directions:
Add white rum, lime juice and mango syrup into a shaker. Fill with ice, shake and then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a mango slice.

Mana Paloma

Ingredients:
2 oz Teremana Blanco
1 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz lime juice 
.5 oz simple syrup
Club soda
Salt
Lime wheel or grapefruit peel, for garnish

Directions:
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda and add a dash of salt. Gently stir; garnish with lime or grapefruit.

The Orange High Ball 

Ingredients:
2 oz Glenmorangie Original
1/2 orange
2 oz tonic water
2 oz soda water
Orange wedges, for garnish

Directions:
Juice half an orange. Fill highball glass with ice cubes and thick orange wedges. Pour orange juice, tonic water and soda water into glass. Stir.

Naked and Famous

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Del Maguey Chichicapa Single Village Mezcal
3/4 oz chartreuse amarillo
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Lime slice, for garnish

Directions:
While chilling a cocktail glass, add mezcal, Chartreuse, Aperol and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes; shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain and serve in chilled glass. Garnish with lime slice.

Naked and Famous. Del Maguey

Lillet Spa Spritz

Ingredients:
24 lemon or cucumber slices
24 cucumber leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
2 cups Lillet Blanc
750 ml bottle Mumm Sparkling Brut Prestige
2 cups club soda

Directions:
Add citrus slices, cucumber and fresh mint leaves to a pitcher. Pour in chilled Lillet Blanc, sparkling wine and club soda. Stir to combine. Serve over ice.

Betty Buzz Sparkling Margarita 

Ingredients:
1.5 oz tequila
1/2 bottle Betty Buzz Sparkling Lemon Lime
1 oz agave or simple syrup

Directions:
Add ice, tequila, agave and Betty Buzz Sparkling Lemon Lime to a lowball glass. Stir together and garnish with a lime wheel.

Haku Lychee Martini

Ingredients:
2 parts Haku Japanese Craft Vodka
3/4 part dry vermouth
1/2 part Giffard Lychee liqueur
1 tsp St. Germain elderflower liqueur

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Swaggy P Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients:
1.5 parts Avion Reserva 44 Tequila
1 part watermelon juice
3/4 part lime juice
1/2 part honey syrup
Salt, to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly; strain into a rocks or margarita glass over fresh ice. Garnish with watermelon slice.

Hendrick’s Oasium Fizz

Ingredients: 
1.5 parts Hendrick's Oasium
.75 part fresh pink grapefruit juice
.75 part fresh lime juice
.75 part simple syrup
Soda water
Cucumber slice, for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water; gently stir. Garnish with cucumber slice.

Negroni

Ingredients: 
1 oz Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Fresh orange peel, for garnish

Directions:
Add the gin, Campari and vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled. Slowly strain slowly into a glass with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with orange peel.

Negroni. Glendalough

The Americano

Ingredients: 
1 oz Campari
1 oz Cinzano 1757 Rosso Vermouth di Torino
Soda water

Directions:
Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with orange slice and lemon peel.

Mango Chile Mojito

Ingredients: 
1.5 oz Bacardi Mango Chile
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz soda water
8-10 mint leaves

Directions:
Pour lime juice and simple syrup into a tall glass. Add mint; use a bar spoon or muddler to press the mint leaves. Pour in crushed ice and rum; and stir. Top with soda water and garnish.

JAJA Sparkling Passion

Ingredients:
1.5 oz JAJA Blanco
1.5 oz passionfruit juice
Sparkling wine

Directions:
Combine tequila and passionfruit juice into a stemless wine glass filled with ice. Top with bubbly sparkling wine. Garnish with frozen green grapes.

Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:
2 oz Lalo Tequila
2 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz pineapple juice
1 oz agave or simple syrup
Jalapeño and pineapple slices, for garnish

Directions:
Frost an old fashioned glass with salt and tajin. Add all ingredients into the glass and add ice; stir until combined. Garnish with jalapeño or pineapple slices.

Teeling and Ginger

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
1 oz ginger ale
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
8-10 mint leaves

Directions:
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice. Add all ingredients; mix well. Garnish with mint leaves.

The Bees Knees

Ingredients:
50 ml Renais Gin
20 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml acacia honey syrup
5 ml find sherry

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with large chunks of ice; shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Stranahan’s Summertime Sangria

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Stranahan’s Blue Peak 
.75 oz amber vermouth
.25 oz guava puree
Sparkling apple cider
Orange slices

Directions: 
Combine whiskey, vermouth and guava puree in goblet glass over ice. Top with sparkling apple cider; garnish with orange half slices.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
3 oz lemonade
3 oz club soda
Fresh lemon

Directions: 
Build cocktail in a balloon glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients:
1.5 parts Reyka Vodka 
1 part Ancho Reyes 
.75 part fresh lemon juice
6 parts unsweetened iced tea 
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously. Pour into a fresh glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
