The appointment follows a recommendation from the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and takes effect from Tuesday, the fund house said.

The Board of Directors of SBI Funds Management has approved the appointment of RS Srinivas Jain as Joint Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from Tuesday.

The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, said SBI Funds Management in a statement.
