Russia launched another prolonged drone attack on Ukraine on Tuesday, killing one person and damaging swathes of Kyiv as well as striking a maternity ward in the southern port of Odesa, regional officials said. In one of the strike sites, Larysa Bilka, who works as a concierge in one of the residential buildings damaged during the attack, said Moscow is "targeting civilians. They are fighting against us, against civilians." Another nine-minute-long Russian drone attack on Ukraine's second largest city of Kharkiv in the middle of the night killed at least two people and injured 57, including seven children, regional officials said on Wednesday. Ukraine's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Heorhii Tykhy, reiterated calls for sanctions. "Russia did enough and demonstrated enough... Putin demonstrated to the whole world that he does not plan to stop the aggression," he said.
