PROTECT YOURSELF with Orgo-Life® QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayIf you’ve been waiting for a bolt-on seatpost collar from PAUL Components, the wait is over! The new PAUL NOQR collar is machined from aluminum in Chico, California, and offers an interesting deep collar design that promises uniform clamping forces. Check it out here…
PAUL Component Engineering’s first product was a quick-release seatbinder bolt that was released way back in 1989. The design was modernized and adapted for their highly coveted Quick Release Seat Post Collar nearly 30 years later. According to the team at PAUL, customers have been requesting a bolt-on version for a long while, but with so many options available, they didn’t jump the gun. Instead, they began to consider the need for a seatpost collar with deeper, more uniform clamping distribution, especially as dropper posts became increasingly common on bikes of all styles. Enter the PAUL NOQR…
The NOQR is PAUL’s first seatpost collar without a quick-release lever. It shares an unmistakably “PAUL” aesthetic, complete with the floating button, which uses a convex back to evenly distribute clamping force and avoids pinching or binding, all at a lighter weight than a steel barrel. It’s machined from 6061 and 7075 Aluminum at Paul’s shop in Chico, California, weighs just 29 to 31 grams, and is offered in four diameters: 30, 31.8, 33.1, and 35mm.
Paul says the NOQR provides improved clamping distribution to keep your dropper post from slipping in the frame, but also to avoid the dreaded “dropper binding” that can occur with poor or uneven clamp distribution. The NOQR is available in anodized black, purple, and silver, or hand-polished. Learn all about the NOQR in PAUL’s latest video:
The PAUL NOQR sells for $79.95 USD each. All sizes and colors are available and in stock now at PaulComp.com.
