Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe city of Vaughan, Ont., has paused its new automated speed enforcement cameras after 32,000 tickets were handed out in just three weeks. The city’s mayor put forward a motion last week to pause the tickets until September, when council is due to receive a report on how to improve signage about the presence of cameras. Over the summer months, when cameras snap a picture of a speeder, the driver will receive a warning in the mail rather than a fine. Catherine McDonald has more on the pause and what the city is hoping to achieve.
