New strikes were reported on Tuesday (Mar 3) across the Middle East, including Israeli bombardment on Lebanon and a drone attack on the US embassy in Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh.

The Israeli military also said it had deployed troops to several locations in southern Lebanon in what it described as a "forward defence" measure along the border.

US President Donald Trump warned that his attack on Iran could extend longer than a month.
