An exit may already be sealed as Love Island fans think they know which female Islander has secretly been dumped from the villa.

Host Maya Jama dropped the news of a looming exit at the end of Monday's launch show. Just as the couples had been announced in full, there was an almighty twist when a bombshell entered the famous compound and caused carnage.

American Islander Toni was tasked with stealing a man and leaving that man's current partner single. It was Ben who she chose to partner up with, leaving Shakira single and at risk of being dropped from the show for good.

That wasn't the last of the drama though, as Maya had a further twist. She told Shakira that she now had 24 hours to do some grafting, and get to know the other boys.

The next day, in scenes likely to air on Tuesday night, Shakira will pick the boy she wants to steal from another girl to keep her place on the show. There's a catch though, as the chosen male Islander has to agree to the swap otherwise it won't happen.

If Shakira choses a boy and they don't agree, they will remain with their current partner and Shakira will be dumped from the villa. If Shakira is successful and it's a swap, the partner of the boy she chooses will go home instead.

It's believed the scenes have already been filmed which means an Islander has already been sent packing. Viewers think they have worked out who this is though already, believing it's obvious who Shakira will choose and who gets left single.

Fans do not believe Shakira will go home and that whoever she chooses will ditch their partner to be with her. Fans are now convinced a certain Islander has already left the show as a result.

Taking to X, fans shared their theories after the twist aired with many convinced the same girl would be dumped in the next episode. They suspected it was Blu that Shakira would choose, and Alima who would be axed from the show in the fallout.

Viewers believe the current pairing might not be into each other and that Blu will move on with newly single Shakira. One viewer feared: "I'm thinking that Alima could get dumped because neither of them wants to stay in their couple, so Shakira could take Blu off Alima's hands."

Another fan agreed: "After seeing how Blu is, I’m scared Alima’s gonna be dumped." A third added: "It's sad that Alima may get dumped tomorrow," while a fourth added: "The only person I see going for Shakira is Blu but then that means Alima is dumped.'

The comments kept on coming as fans begged bossed not to let the Islander get dumped first. One fan wrote: "Producers are actually going to hell if Alima gets dumped."

A further comment said: "Alima better not get dumped I will drop this show so fast," as another said: "Alima better not be getting dumped tomorrow is all I’m saying."
