The United Nations human rights office expressed deep concern on Tuesday over the deadly violence that erupted during protests across Kenya, with at least 10 people killed and widespread property damage reported. Speaking at a press conference in Nairobi on Monday, Former Kenya Prime Minister Raila Odinga criticized the “rogue police force” and accused the government of using state security to stifle dissent.
