News Americas, NY, NY, Sat. July 25, 2026: Jamaican-born chef Darian Bryan, who in May won Season 5 of Gordon Ramsay’s “Next Level Chef” has opened his new upscale steakhouse in Buffalo.

Bryan, who earned $250,000 and a year-long mentorship from celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais and Nyesha Arrington, opened the doors to his latest culinary creation, Reserve Steakhouse at 703 Seneca St Buffalo, NY 14210.

Known for his popular Jamaican restaurants The Jerk Hut and Bratts Hill, Bryan said Reserve Steakhouse reflects his desire to demonstrate his versatility beyond Caribbean cuisine. “I just want to show people that I’m not just a Jamaican chef,” Bryan said. “I can cook any cuisine and make it great.”

LOCATION

Located in Buffalo’s Larkinville district, the restaurant offers a fine-dining menu featuring dry-aged steaks, seafood, caviar and wagyu beef, along with private dining spaces designed to attract celebrity guests. Bryan said the opening marks another step in his long-term vision, with plans already underway for a more casual Back of House Burger concept at the same location later this year.

The chef’s success has been widely celebrated in Buffalo, where his latest venture is drawing strong early demand following his national television victory. Menu items include a range of steaks of course, wagyu burger, roasted half chicken, tuna crudo, dry-aged pork chop, rigatoni alla vodka, caramelized miso sea bass, lobster mac & cheese, and a dessert list.
