With a view to encourage students explore activities beyond academics, the student led wellness club, Antarang at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is hosting Happiness and Wellness Fest, Tarang, on Saturday.

The festival aims to provide a space for students to express their creativity through various activities including pottery, coffee painting and karaoke to movement sessions, open mics, stress-relief games and interactive wellness experiences.

“In order to focus on student’s wellbeing, IIMB has also constituted an exclusive student welfare committee led by a Faculty Chair from 2024. Robust tiered support systems, accessible professional mental health services, provision of safe space, promoting connectedness and normalising mental health are primary goals,” the release read.
