Hyderabad Traffic Police launched its new website (echallan.tspolice.gov.in/htp/index.html) on Tuesday (October 13, 2026). Besides checking e-challan status and information on various NOCs, people can lodge complaints on traffic congestion, parking issues, road safety, and others, or give suggestions. The link to reach the traffic police through WhatsApp is displayed as well.

Information about the Traffic Police Station concerned according to location can be accessed under the ‘Know your PS’ option. Contact details of the police officers concerned are displayed on these pages.

Parking zones in Hyderabad

List of parking zones in Greater Hyderabad limits too is available on the new website. Besides the name of the parking spots, online location too is provided. The spots are displayed according to Traffic Police Station limits in Khairatabad, Secunderabad, Jubilee Hills, Golconda, Rajendranagar, Charminar, Chadrayangutta and Shamshabad zones.

Parking zones along with online link to navigate to the spots is available on Hyderabad Traffic Police’s website

Citizen complaint

Upon clicking the ‘Citizen Complaint’ option, the email id of a user is fetched with the message ‘not shared’ displayed under it. However, this is not marked with an asterix — which is used for ‘required question’. Giving name and mobile number is optional. After selecting the type of complaint, people have to give location — an asterix is marked against these and complaint description.

The new website was launched by Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar along with Joel Davis, Joint Commissioner of Police Hyderabad Traffic and others.
