Diagnostic services provider Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd on Tuesday said its subsidiary PathLabs Unifiers has acquired the remaining 30 per cent equity stake in Centrapath Labs.

Following the acquisition at Rs 1,608.35 per share, CPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of PathLabs Unifiers Pvt Ltd (PUPL) and a step-down arm of Dr Lal PathLabs, a regulatory filing said.

Incorporated on July 23, 2019, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Centrapath Labs Pvt Ltd (CPL) provides healthcare and diagnostic services. CPL posted a turnover of Rs 20.5 crore in FY26, Rs 23.7 crore in FY25, and Rs 20.8 crore in FY24, the filing noted.
