AP Capital Region Development Authority (AP - CRDA) Commissioner K. Kanna Babu handed over Letters of Acceptance (LoA) for awarding three works in Amaravati worth ₹3,674 crore to Shapoorji & Pallonji, Larsen & Toubro, and NCC Ltd. who emerged as the L1 bidders. 

The works are related to construction of Head of Department (HoD) Towers (1 & 2) (G+39 floors), HoD Towers (3 & 4) (G+39 floors) and GAD Tower (G+49 floors). A G.O. to that effect was earlier issued by the Principal Secretary (Municipal Administration & Urban Development) S. Suresh Kumar.

Mr. Kanna Babu instructed the companies to begin the constructions in compliance with the guidelines already laid down by the government and take comprehensive safety measures for workers at the construction sites. 

The event was attended by CRDA Engineer-in-Chief R. Gopalakrishna Reddy, Chief Engineer P.V.K. Bhaskar, Superintending Engineer P. Ankam Chowdary and Deputy Executive Engineer M. Hemambaradhara Reddy.
