A suspected drunk driver has been charged after slamming into a police cruiser in Moncks Corner, S.C. as police were arresting another alleged impaired motorist. No one on the side of the road was injured in the crash. Lauren Skinner, 32, has been charged with Transporting Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle with a Broken Seal, Driving Under Suspension and Driving Under the Influence. #SouthCarolina #Police #Crime
