Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayAt least six people are dead and dozens are missing after a ferry carrying 65 people sank near the island of Bali on Thursday, according to search and rescue agencies. The ferry sank en route to Gilimanuk Port in Bali under rough sea conditions, with strong currents and large waves reported at the time of the incident. “The ferry swayed to the right and left. About 30 minutes into the journey, all the cargo trucks tilted to the left. Within five minutes, the ferry sank,” survivor Bejo Santoso recounted the moments leading up to the disaster. The search has been called off by the national search and rescue agency due to a visibility problem and will resume on Friday morning, with more than 160 rescuers, including police and military personnel, deployed to conduct the search, backed by four vessels and several helicopters.
