Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by Adpathway20th Century Studios has released the official trailer for their Bruce Springsteen biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere, and you can watch it below! The film stars Jeremy Allen White (The Bear, The Iron Claw) in the lead role and chronicles the making of the rock singer’s 1982 album, Nebraska.
Deliver Me From Nowhere is based on Warren Zanes’ 2023 book Deliver Me From Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska.
Alongside White, the film also stars Jeremy Strong (The Apprentice, The Gentlemen), Stephen Graham (Adolescence, The Irishman) and Odessa Young (The Order, Manodrome). Scott Cooper (The Pale Blue Eye, Black Mass) is the biopic’s writer and director.
In a statement, Cooper declared, “Warren Zanes’ wonderful telling of this chapter in Bruce’s life is ripe for cinematic adaptation. This film has the potential to be a transformative cinematic experience, offering audiences a window into the soul of Bruce Springsteen and the universal truths that bind us all together.”
He also spoke on the singer’s legacy: “Through themes of despair, disillusionment, and the struggles of everyday Americans, Bruce has formed an unparalleled legacy, painting an unflinching portrait of the human condition. Yet, amidst the darkness, a sense of resilience and a sense of hope shines through, reflecting an indomitable spirit. That’s the Bruce I’ve come to know and love and will honor with this film.”
Deliver Me From Nowhere will be released by 20th Century Studios on 24th October.
